Snow Removal for Dummies
Hey you - the jackass that failed to clean the snow off the roof of your car before you decided to drive down the road. I'm behind you, not following too closely, for fear that one of those big chunks that are now deciding to break free may fly back and hit my windshield causing me to have an accident while you drive along your ignorant, merry way. Just why did you not take the time to clean off your car properly? Were you in a hurry to get to work this morning? Was it just a tad bit too cold for your sorry ass? Or were you just too freaking lazy to reach above your head and do a proper job? Which is it - all three? Of course! You don't deserve to hold a driver's license if you fail to realize how dangerous it is to not clean the snow off of your car properly. Amazing!

Idiot Abusers of Craig's List
Millions of people have discovered the benefits of Craig's List, a free online source for events, job postings, classifieds; personal ads as well as discussions forums. Looking for a local yard sale or hard to find auto part? There are categories for that! Looking for something to do on the weekend? Check out the Events category. Need a handyman to fix that crack in your drywall? Create a posting under Labor Gigs. It's a great website and did I mention... it's free and easy to use.
There is however a set of rules, The Terms of Service (TOS) that you are expected to follow in order to maintain the integrity of this site. It's pretty basic. No pornography, no illegal activity, no firearm sales, or sales of live animals, and no posting to multiple cities or posting the same ad too frequently, yadda, yadda the basic stuff - and JUST POST IN THE PROPER CATEGORIES!!! The problem is that this fabulous website is generally policed by the community - which means you & I and other Craig's List users. There are buttons you may click on to report posters who violate these Terms of Service. And if you haven't witnessed it yourself believe me there are abusers.
The downside is that more often than not, it takes too many different people to flag the same posting before it gets removed. The community has no idea what that magic number is as far as how many times an ad must be flagged for removal before it actually gets taken down. Sometimes we get lucky.
My beef in particular is the Community Events Category. This is a place where you can list your specific event - one with a date and time for a particular function that would be of interest to the community. It IS NOT however, meant for posting your stupid business ad. We do not care about Atlantic City Strippers and every state they accommodate, or the DJ that will spin his music at your next event! I would never use them for the very reason of their abusing this free website. Nor do we care about the fact that Mandi does Passion Parties and Cyndi does Slumber Parties and they are available for you to book a date to help fill their calendars! These desperate people need to get a life and stop tainting this category and website with their spam business ads. I flag them all and will continue to do so. I encourage you to flag them as well. Flag them as Prohibited since they all list their commercial websites - which is a violation of the TOS.
If these lame ass, money grubbing, wanna-be business owner, bitches keep posting their overly inflated (no pun intended) priced sex toy party ads, I am going to book one alright, or maybe several and fill up their calendars with bogus party dates. Let them be warned!! We are tired of seeing their spam ads clutter up the Events Category of Craig's List. Just who do they think they are?? The Events category is not their own personal classified column!
It's time to take back Craig's List and flag these people. If they are not promoting a specific dated event - IT IS SPAM. If they are linking or referring you to a website - IT IS SPAM. When they post the same ad over & over again - IT IS SPAM. When they post the same ad in multiple cities - IT IS SPAM. FLAG, FLAG, FLAG!!!!!!!!!
Hey spammers - consider this your warning - I will be calling you alright!!
